1. Data Collection

1.1. Our Public Website

Our public website is primarily informational. We do not intentionally collect personal information from casual visitors unless you voluntarily provide it to us, such as by submitting a contact form, booking a demo, starting a sales conversation, or otherwise asking us to follow up with you. In those cases, we may store and use the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and message, in order to respond to your request.

1.2. Our Services

When you use Creative Copilot, we collect information that you provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, company information, campaign configuration, creative assets, and account credentials. We also collect information about how you interact with the Services, such as login activity, timestamps, pages viewed, actions taken, workflow history, and usage logs.

In order to provide reporting, orchestration, optimization, and automation features, we may collect or receive advertising performance data from integrations that you choose to connect, including information such as impressions, clicks, installs, spend, revenue, in-app events, creative performance, and related campaign analytics.

Where our Services process data relating to end users of your advertisements or applications, such data may be provided to us by the advertising, analytics, attribution, or platform partners you choose to connect. This may include device-level technical information, client-issued identifiers, advertising identifiers, and engagement information such as ad impressions, clicks, installs, conversions, or other events used to analyze campaign performance. We do not intentionally collect financial information, health information, or other sensitive personal data about such end users through the normal operation of the Services.

2. Data Storage

We use third-party cloud hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the Services, including storage, networking, and related technical systems. We use commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill our contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Unless otherwise agreed, requested, or required by law, we generally aim to delete or anonymize service data that is no longer needed, and operational datasets may be actively deleted after approximately two (2) years from collection.

3. Data Usage

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our services
  • Understand and analyze how you use our services
  • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
  • Communicate with you about support, account activity, updates, billing, and service-related notices
  • Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity
  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request

We may also create and use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data for analytics, benchmarking, service improvement, research, security, and business operations, provided that such data does not identify you or any individual person.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third-party service providers who perform services for us, such as hosting, storage, analytics, identity, payments, communications, customer support, and security monitoring. Those providers are expected to process data only for authorized purposes and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

We do not share your data or the data of your end users with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing use without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other binding legal process, or where otherwise necessary to protect our rights, the Services, or other users.

5. How to Control Your Data

If you are our direct customer, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we control about you, subject to applicable law and our legitimate business needs. You may also request account-related support by contacting us through the contact details made available on our website or in your commercial agreement.

In many cases, we process end-user data on behalf of our clients, who act as the primary data controller. If you are an end user whose data has been processed through the Services, you should normally contact the relevant client or business you interacted with directly. If that client asks us to assist with a valid access, correction, or deletion request, we will cooperate in a commercially reasonable manner and, where applicable, aim to respond within thirty (30) days.

6. Updates to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify active clients by email or through the Services. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
